Juan's training philosophy is to get stronger, conditioned to take on anything without gassing during any daily activity, build power to move fast and explosive when the time calls, and most importantly be durable by being able to do the things you love for a long time because your body and mind are not the limiting factors. Juan mixes traditional strength and conditioning methods, with an unconventional approach with tools like kettlebells and mobility work to have you moving strongly in different planes, with a touch of functional bodybuilding methods to have you looking the part. With nearly 20 years of professional training experience, Juan has trained professional athletes to stay-at-home moms. The goal stays the same to push you past what you think you are capable of while still providing a safe training plan to keep you doing it day in and day out. The work is not easy, but I promise you that if you put in the time and effort, not only will your body feel the effects but your mind will too.

Jordan sessions
Meet Jordan Sessions. She is a native of Austin, Texas, where she grew up as a competitive dancer. It was her professional career as a dancer that eventually led her into the fast-paced fitness industry. Not only does she have a background in dance, but kinesiology, anatomy, conditioning, and body recovery.
Her favorite types of workouts are anything involving the outdoors, kickboxing, and throwing heavy things around. Jordan’s passion to help people achieve their fitness and wellness goals is what makes coaching such a fulfilling job for her. If she isn't in the gym, you can find her hiking, running, traveling, or enjoying live music in and around the city.
Jordan is never done challenging herself physically and mentally. She is currently in the fire academy and is soon to be a Fire Fighter right here in Texas. As a coach, Jordan likes to be hands-on. She loves helping people hit their goals and do things they never thought they’d be able to do. Jordan’s goal as a coach, and as a human being, is to give back to her community in the form of health, wellness, and an outlook on life that says, “f*ck ya, let’s do this!”
